Members can Book a group fitness class through the member portal up to 8 days in advance. Members can search, check or cancel a booking ( PDF 539.54KB) prior to the class start time. This shows all upcoming bookings and enables members to check the number of participants in a class.

You can choose to freeze your membership ( PDF 439.9KB) through the member portal. Direct debit freezes are a minimum of 7 days and maximum of 12 months at a time. Freezes are free of charge. You need to enter a start date and end date. Freezes will automatically reactivate on the designated return date. 

Please Note: Memberships with an outstanding balance must clear the outstanding balance prior to processing a freeze. Please see the how to pay outstanding fees instructions. 

Members can reactivate a membership ( PDF 548.5KB) early from suspension through the member portal (unless medical whereby a medical certificate needs to be provided with a doctor clearance for early reactivation).

Members can change their payment method ( PDF 450.6KB) (bank account / debit / credit card) through the member portal.

Members can pay outstanding fees ( PDF 481.26KB) through the member portal.

Members can update ( PDF 455.25KB) a number of personal details on the member portal. There are some fields locked and can only be updated by emailing aqualink.membership@whitehorse.vic.gov.au or at reception of either centre.

Direct Debit memberships can be upgraded following 3 months continuous membership. If a member wishes to upgrade their membership within the first 3 months, any difference in joining fee is payable at reception.

Direct Debit memberships can be downgraded at any time. Joining fees are not credited or refunded for any reason.

To change your membership type we just require a written request either via email or in facility with a change of status form.

Membership type changes are not accepted verbally and are not able to be completed via the member portal.

We don't accept cancellation requests verbally and they cannot be completed via the member portal.

Members with gym access receive a lifestyle consultation with a gym instructor to design a tailored fitness program. Ongoing training and assessments are also available and will help you achieve your fitness goals.

Members and patrons can purchase a service / program ( PDF 632.55KB) (E.g. Personal Training) through the member portal. 

Personal Training bookings can be made directly with your Personal Trainer.
