It's easiest to suspend your membership in the member portal.

Simply log in, select the account tab at the top of the screen, select edit profile and then the little arrow next to your contracts. The freeze contract button will appear in the bottom left of the window beneath the payment date.

Direct Debit Membership: I understand I can suspend my membership for a minimum of one (1) week, and in weekly increments thereafter, at a cost of $0.35 for every day of suspension totalling $2.45/week and that I must submit my suspension in writing.

If I return earlier than the specified time, I acknowledge that the suspension fee will stand, and I will be required to pay the pro rata cost from the date of return to the next deduction date. This will be incurred at the next deduction date in addition to the normal debit cost.

Term Membership: As per your terms & conditions, specific term memberships have specific maximum suspension periods: 3 months = 1 week 12 months = 6 weeks
