Group Fitness

Group fitness at Aqualink is about having fun and exercising to upbeat music in a friendly environment. 

Choose your weekly workout from the timetable of options with the benefits including increased fitness, increased muscle strength and tone, weight loss, increased metabolism (fat burning potential), improved flexibility and mobility, and increased energy, motivation, wellbeing and happiness.

Classes include Boxing, Cycling, Les Mills ® classes, Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates and Aqua classes. 

Classes are usually 55 minutes in duration and express classes are 30 minutes. Class duration outside of these times is noted on the timetable. Each class includes a warm up, cool down and pack up. 

Before You Arrive

All equipment for classes is provided; all you need to bring is a drink bottle and towel to every class. 

All Aqua class participants must be poolside five minutes before the class begins. 

For safety and courtesy to class members, patrons are not able to enter a class once it has started. If you need to leave part way through a class please notify the instructor before the class begins and put away any equipment you’ve used before you leave. 

If you have an injury, health condition or are pregnant, always check with a health professional about which exercises should not be completed during classes. 

How to Book

Tickets for classes are available through the group fitness kiosks or at our Aqualink reception up to 2 hours prior to the start of class.  Tickets cannot be issued after classes have closed. Each class has a capacity to ensure the safety of participants and tickets cannot be issued once a class is full.

Casual users can book in for classes on the day. Become a member and get access to unlimited group fitness every week (conditions apply).
