Challenge yourself at the Aqualink gyms and reach your fitness goals faster with expert advice and access to state-of-the-art facilities.

Both gyms at Aqualink Box Hill and Aqualink Nunawading are staffed at all times. The equipment on site includes:  

Pin and plate-loaded machines Powerlifting platform Functional training unit
Treadmills Cross-trainers Bikes
Rowers Stairmills Resistance training

A towel is required to attend the gym. No towel, no entry to the gym. 

Access the gym as a member and receive a consultation with a gym instructor to design a tailored fitness program. Ongoing training and assessments will help you achieve your fitness goals. 

The consultation and subsequent appointments include: 

Lifestyle Consultation

A lifestyle consultation is the first point of contact with a gym instructor who will design a specific program based on your goals and needs. This appointment also covers optional fitness testing and takes 30 to 45 minutes. 

Program Show

After your consultation, a gym instructor will show you through your tailored program to ensure you understand how the equipment operates so that you can use it safely. This appointment takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes. 

Technique Check

After the first week of your program, we recommend that you book in for a check-up of your technique. This appointment is designed to ensure you are happy with your current program and a good opportunity for you to ask the gym instructor any questions. This appointment takes approximately 30 minutes.  

Program Review

Every six to eight weeks we recommend that you book into a program review or a reassessment to ensure you stay motivated and on track with your goals. You will receive a new program during the review and be shown how to complete the new exercises. This appointment takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
