Your success starts here. As a gym member, you'll collaborate closely with our skilled instructors to design a personalised fitness program. Let's see what you get:

1. Lifestyle consultation

Your fitness journey starts with a lifestyle consultation which lasts 30 to 45 minutes. This is all about you. Our dedicated gym instructor works with you to understand your goals and preferences and may include optional fitness testing. Consider it your benchmark, your tool to test your progress against the most important person in the room. YOU!

2. Program show

Following your consultation, our gym instructor will guide you through your tailored program to build your confidence in using equipment safely and effectively. 

3. Technique check

After your first week of training, we recommend booking a technique check-up. Use this 15 to 30-minute session as an opportunity to address any queries you may have with our gym instructor. 

4. Regular program reviews

To maintain motivation book a program review every six to eight weeks. In this 45 to 60-minute session, you'll receive an updated program and guidance on new exercises to ensure continuous progress.
