Conditions of entry

To maximise your enjoyment at our Centre please be aware of the following conditions of entry:

  • Respect the rights of staff and other patrons at all times whilst visiting Aqualink

  • All children under the age of 10 years MUST be actively supervised by a responsible parent/guardian over the age of 16 years at all times for their safety whilst visiting Aqualink

  • All children under the age of 5 years MUST have a full fee-paying responsible parent/guardian over the age of 16 years within arm's reach at all times whilst visiting Aqualink

  • You must take reasonable care for your own safety and the safety of any children in your care

  • Abusive language and aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated in the Centre 

  • Inappropriate or offensive acts towards staff, patrons or facilities will not be accepted and person(s) will be instructed to leave

  • Glass, alcohol and drugs are not permitted in the centre and surrounds

  • Patrons to the centre will be refused entry if thought to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol

  • Smoking is not permitted in the centre. Please use outside designated areas

  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove persons guilty of disruptive or disorderly conduct

  • Use the centre at your own risk

  • Surveillance cameras are in constant use throughout the centre

  • The use of photographic equipment for capturing magic moments is subject to staff authorisation as we must respect the privacy of other patrons

  • Follow directions of staff at all times

  • Respect the rights of patrons at all times
