Court Bookings

Request casual or permanent bookings by submitting your details through our online booking request form.  To safely manage stadium usage under the current government restrictions bookings are essential ahead of time.

Permanent Bookings

Aqualink requires up to 14 days to process permanent booking requests before providing confirmation. 

We cannot guarantee the booking application will be processed if it is submitted less than 14 days prior to booking date.

Cancellation of permanent bookings and room bookings must be received no later than eight days prior to the booking date. Cancellations with less than eight days' notice will incur the full cost of the booking. All cancellations must be in writing to aqualinkbookings@whitehorse.vic.gov.au

Casual Bookings

Casual bookings can be made up to 8 days in advance. Payment is due at the time of booking and is non refundable. Casual bookings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.

The booking contact person is responsible for ensuring that all patrons associated with the booking (including coaches, players, officials, spectators, parents & guardians) register their attendance when arriving on site, using the Aqualink QR sign in system

Terms and Conditions

The personal information collected from you is required for managing your booking requests at Aqualink. The information may also be used to inform you of changes and promote programs, venues and services. The intended recipients of the information are authorised Council officers. Council may disclose the information to law enforcement agencies, courts and other organisations authorised to collect it. If you do not provide this information then your booking request cannot be processed. You may access this information by contacting Aqualink Box Hill on 03 9843 2900 or Aqualink Nunawading on 03 9878 4576. You may view Council’s Privacy Policy on our website www.whitehorse.vic.gov.au or obtain a copy from any of the Council offices.

In addition to the Aqualink Box Hill conditions of entry and participation the following Terms and Conditions of hire apply:
  • Pending availability, you will receive a phone call to confirm your booking
  • Payment is due at this time (phone payment) and is non refundable
  • Bookings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance
  • Bookings are available a maximum of 8 days in advance
  • Patrons are responsible for ensuring all members associated with their booking follow Centre conditions of participation and those from DHHS and Victorian Government
The personal information will be used by Council for that primary purpose or directly related purposes only. The information will not be released unless required by law. The applicant may apply to Council for access and/or amendments of the information.
