Request casual or permanent bookings by submitting your details through our online booking request form. To safely manage stadium usage under the current government restrictions bookings are essential ahead of time.
Aqualink requires up to 14 days to process permanent booking requests before providing confirmation.
We cannot guarantee the booking application will be processed if it is submitted less than 14 days prior to booking date.
Cancellation of permanent bookings and room bookings must be received no later than eight days prior to the booking date. Cancellations with less than eight days' notice will incur the full cost of the booking. All cancellations must be in writing to email@example.com.
Casual bookings can be made up to 8 days in advance. Payment is due at the time of booking and is non refundable. Casual bookings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
