A day in the life of a Duty Manager

Do you know what a Duty Manager does at Aqualink? Let's look at a typical weekday in their life!

A day in the life of a duty manager 2023

The day starts early, arriving before sunrise. They check that everything is perfect for our customers: the pool, stadium and all areas are clean and ready for the day. The doors open at 6:00am and the Duty Manager greets everyone with a smile.

Keeping our customers safe is their top priority. They check the splash pad and dive boards before they open, and always check the water quality in our pools. They also supervise our lifeguards and make sure all the rules are followed.

During the day, the Duty Manager makes sure everyone has a great experience. They check the temperature of the water, keep the facilities clean and help with any customer concerns. They are always open to suggestions on how to make our service better.

Whenever you come to Aqualink, you can be assured that the Duty Manager is working hard behind the scenes. They are the first to arrive and the last to leave. They make sure everything runs smoothly and that everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.
