Laughing Yoga Sessions

As part of your regular yoga session, we’re adding a Laughing Yoga sequence! This segment blends gentle movement, breathing techniques, and intentional laughter to boost mood, reduce stress, and leave you feeling uplifted.

Chair Yoga

Thursday 19 June at 12.00pm | Nunawading

Chair Yoga with Diana, offers the benefits of traditional yoga with added support. Done while seated or using a chair for support, making yoga more accessible for individuals with limited mobility or balance. It offers numerous benefits, including increased flexibility, strength, and balance, while also promoting relaxation and stress reduction.

Suitable for all levels.

Breath Workshop

Friday 20 June at 10.50am | Box Hill
(Replaces Yoga Release for this date only)

Join instructor Mitha for a calming Breath Workshop designed to help you reconnect with your body and mind through guided breathwork. Also known as Pranayama, Yoga breathwork involves intentional and controlled breathing techniques to improve mental and physical well-being.
