Aqualink reopens Wednesday 28 July

With the recent easing of restrictions, we will be reopening tomorrow Wednesday 28 July from 6am.

Our outdoor pool, indoor pools, gyms, group fitness classes and crèche will be available. The Aqualink Box Hill splash pad will remain closed.

The stadium and outdoor courts at Aqualink Box Hill will reopen.

Bookings

No bookings are required for gym, indoor pool or outdoor pool use.

Bookings are required for group fitness classes as per usual. Bookings will open at 5pm Tuesday 27 July. We are required to adhere to a maximum capacity of 10 people per class. Please book group fitness classes either online or in person at the Centre.

If you have a booking, please be considerate to fellow members.  No shows and short notice cancellations further reduce availability for others, if you are unable to attend please cancel your booking through the online portal.

Memberships

All memberships will be reactivated from tomorrow. If you have previously requested a suspension ending after 28 July, your membership will remain suspended and will automatically reactivate after the end date. The next debit will take place on Monday 2 August. This debit is for the period 28 July to 15 August. Normal debits will resume on 16th August.

COVID Safe

In line with Victorian Government requirements, we will have COVID Check-In Marshalls at all entrances as part of new restrictions. We ask for your patience and cooperation with our staff, who are trying to keep everyone safe.

Everyone must wear masks indoors and outdoors except when out of breath, puffing or swimming.

Don’t forget your towel to work out, use hand sanitiser and make sure you wipe down equipment after use.

Our facilities are sanitised regularly during opening hours and overnight. We are monitoring density and distancing in each space, and following our detailed COVIDSafe plan.

QR codes are in place throughout the centres. All patrons must check in upon arrival to record their visit for contact tracing purposes.

Staff will continue to monitor safety procedures to ensure the wellbeing of all users. We appreciate your cooperation with these arrangements, as part of our collective responsibility to community health.

If you are unwell or have any symptoms of the coronavirus, please do not attend our facility. We encourage you to get tested and only return when advised that it is safe to do so by a medical professional.
