Grilled Peaches with Coconut Yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 3 peaches, halved
  • 2 tbs 100% coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tbs flaked almonds, toasted

Method

  • Heat a griddle pan over medium to high heat.
  • Place peaches, cut side down, on griddle pan. Cook for 1-2 mins until peaches have softened slightly and have charred lines visible. Turn over and cook for a further minute.
  • Serve with coconut yoghurt and toasted flaked almonds.
