We are pleased to announce that Aqualink has received gold and silver endorsements from Life Saving Victoria following recent pool safety assessments.

Aqualink Box Hill received the gold endorsement and Aqualink Nunawading was awarded the silver endorsement.

Each centre underwent a rigorous series of assessments to meet all of Life Saving Victoria's criteria. This evaluation measures the facility's performance against industry, state/national standards, guidelines, and legislation. Only facilities that meet 100% of these criteria are awarded gold, while those that meet 90% are awarded silver. Nunawading, being an older facility, has some inherent design features that prevent it from receiving gold.

Public swimming pools across Victoria are listed on the Victorian Public Pools Register. This register provides an overview of local community facilities' services, features, and safety standards. It is a component of the Victorian Government's Safer Pools project and a vital element of the Safer Public Pool – Code of Practice, jointly developed following Coronial recommendations.  

The health and safety of our patrons have always been of the utmost importance to us. These awards are a testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire Aqualink team in upholding a strong culture of safety within our facilities.
