New Cardio Equipment coming to Box Hill

We’re excited to share that new cardio equipment is coming to📍Aqualink Box Hill! We're upgrading all 47 of our existing machines and adding 3 more, bringing our total to 50 brand-new pieces of equipment.

To complete the installation, there will be limited access to our cardio area from Monday 24 – Wednesday 26 August.

What's Being Upgraded?

We're replacing our full cardio line-up with the latest LifeFitness equipment, including Treadmills, Cross trainers, Arc trainers, Rowers, Powermills, Upper body ergos, Recumbent bikes, Upright bikes and more, plus additional treadmills and cross trainers added to the collection.

Equipment highlights:

  • Phone charging on all treadmills, bikes and cross trainers
  • Larger touchscreen displays on treadmills, with connectivity to apps like YouTube and Netflix
  • New workouts and scenic walk and run routes loaded onto machines

Cardio Availability

Monday 24 August

  • 5.30am - 7am: Full access to gym and cardio equipment
  • From 7am: Installation begins, cardio area closed with a small number of spin bikes available.

Tuesday 25 August

  • Cardio area closed*

Wednesday 26 August

  • Cardio area closed*

Thursday 27 August

  • From 5.30am: Cardio area reopens with all brand new equipment! Join us for the re-opening, we will be giving away LifeFitness merchandise to celebrate!

*Resistance area and weights will remain open throughout install.

What’s Available During Install?

  • The gym will remain open for strength training and free weights
  • A small number of spin bikes will be available
  • Members can also use the gym facilities at Aqualink Nunawading

Our friendly staff on the gym floor can help you adjust your workout.
This is the perfect time to ask a gym instructor for a review of your program.
