  • 30 sec skipping
  • 10 push-up
  • 30 sec skipping
  • 20 squats
  • 30 sec skipping
  • 30 lunges
  • 30 sec skipping
  • 30 sec plank

Repeat for 10 mins (beginner), 20 mins (intermediate), 30 mins (advanced)

Note: If no skipping rope, run on spot for 30 seconds
