Prepare your body for the snow season!

Jump squats 3 x 15 Start low, increase height
Walking lunges with rotation 3 x 15 each leg Optional medicine ball
Band shuffle 3 x 10 each way
Bosu lunges 3 x 10 each leg
Bosu side step or lateral jumps 3 x 10 each leg
Kettlebell swings 3 x 15
Lateral jumps 3 x 10 each way Double leg progressing to single
Tricep bench dips 3 x 15
Push ups narrow 3 x 10
Russian twist 3 x 10 each side
Stretches
