Join our popular Post Natal Health and Happiness Program, where new mums and babies can exercise together.
Combining pilates and strecthing techniques, this six week program is the perfect way to ease back into an exercise routine.
During the six week program you will learn:
• how to strengthen your muscles
• to develop strength so you can lift and move safely
• relaxation techniques
• the importance of stretching
