What is a Tennis Workout?
Tennis workout is a social Tennis program designed to get your heart rate up with music and exercises for both beginners and intermediate Tennis players. In a 45 minute session a qualified coach will take you through a series of skills, point play and fun games with music which anyone can enjoy.

The FREE sessions are designed to showcase the program which will then be an ongoing weekly session available for both members and casual users to book in.

Do I need to be a Tennis Player?
No, the program caters for both beginners and intermediate players. Racquets can be hired at reception as normal hire fee cost.
