POST NATAL HEALTH AND HAPPINESS PROGRAM - Begins November 2017.
Take the first step to resuming exercise after having your baby.
Join our popular Post Natal Pilates and stretching class, where new mums and babies can exercise together.
During the six week program you will learn:
• how to strengthen your muscles
• to develop strength so you can lift and move safely
• relaxation techniques
• the importance of stretching
Three options of class times to choose from:

Aqualink Box Hill - Thursday 12.05pm (begins 2 November)
