Group Fitness Classes

Looking to achieve your fitness goals? You can choose from a variety of weekly workouts that cater to your needs. With these workouts, you can improve your fitness, build muscle strength, lose weight, increase metabolism and enjoy better flexibility and mobility. Additionally, these workouts can give you higher energy, motivation, wellbeing, and, most importantly, happiness.

The classes are available in 30, 45, or 55 minutes and come with warm-up, cool-down, and pack-up included.

Before You Arrive

Limited equipment for classes is provided; however you need to bring a drink bottle and towel to every class. Participants also need to bring a mat for all classes (excludes aqua). 

All Boxing Fitness class participants must bring their own boxing gloves and wraps/inners.

All Aqua class participants must be poolside five minutes before the class begins. 

For safety and courtesy to class members, patrons are not able to enter a class once it has started. If you need to leave part way through a class please notify the instructor before the class begins and put away any equipment you’ve used before you leave. 

If you have an injury, health condition or are pregnant, always check with a health professional about which exercises should not be completed during classes.
