  • Can I suspend my membership?

    Direct Debit members have unlimited suspension rights. The membership needs to be suspended in monthly blocks and is charged at $11 per month (plus a $1.50 administration fee).

    Term Members
    Three month members are entitle to 1 week of suspension and 12 month members have 6 weeks of suspension.

    The Change of Status form needs to be filled out at Customer Service prior to the 10th of the month. Download below.

  • Can I change the type of membership I have?

    Upgrade of Membership
    Direct Debit members are able to upgrade their membership at any stage after the first three months of your membership however, you will not be able to use the additional facilities until the 16th of the month. The next debit will come out at the higher debit.

    Term members are able to upgrade their memberships after the first three months of your membership by paying the pro-rata difference at Customer Service. This change will be effective immediately.

    Downgrade of Membership
    Direct Debit members are able to downgrade their membership at any stage after the first three months of membership. You will be able to continue to use the higher membership until the 16th of the month. The next debit will come out at the lower debit.

    The Change of Status form needs to be filled out at Customer Service prior to the 10th of the month. Download file below.

  • Can I transfer my membership?

    Direct Debit memberships are non-transferable.

    Term memberships can be transferred permanently from one person to another on approval from the Membership Services Officer. A transfer fee of $50 will apply.

  • How do I cancel my membership?

    As a Direct Debit member you can cancel your membership at any time.

    Twelve month Term members are able to cancel at any stage and they will receive the pro-rata amount back (less a $60 administration fee). No cancellation is available on 3 month memberships.

    The Change of Status form needs to be filled out at Customer Service prior to the 10th of the month.

  • What is the best time to swim?

    Aqualink Nunawading generally has 2 to 3 lap lanes available. The best time to swim is between:

    • 8am and 9am
    • 12 noon and 1pm
    • 3pm to 4pm
    • After 8pm.

  • I want to use other services in your centre, but my membership does not include it.

    How much does it cost to upgrade to a Group Fitness class?
    Group Fitness classes are included in the Total Fitness and Group Fitness membership. If you have a Gym, Aquatic or Swim membership you pay the casual Group Fitness rate.

    How much does it cost to upgrade to an aquatics pass?
    The Total Fitness and Aquatics membership incorporates the spa, sauna and steam room. If you have a Gym, Group Fitness or Swim membership you are able to pay $4.70 to use the additional services.

  • How do I book in to see the Physio?

    Bookings are taken through Just Swimming or calling 9878 7055.

    All active members on presenting their membership card to Physiohealth will receive a 10 per cent discount.

  • Do I get discounts on merchandise?

    Yes, Aqualink Nunawading stocks Speedo bathers and goggles, Pro-Am goggles and accessories. As a member we offer you a 10 per cent (off fully priced merchandise) discount on our merchandise range.

    We also have our own range of merchandise (Aqualink Me) which is on sale at Customer Service.  

  • Do I get a discounted Creche rate?

    Yes, as a member you get a discounted creche rate. Booking are done a week in advance.
