Our Fab Living program is a health and wellness program tailored to retired or semi-retired members aged 60+ years. As a member, you will have access to:

How to Register
To register, please complete a registration form available from our reception. Before starting the program, participants must provide a letter of approval from their doctor.
What To Bring
Comfortable track pants/shorts and T-Shirt, enclosed flat lace shoes, towel and water bottle.

Fab Living Class Descriptions
Aqua: This aquatic class is a non-impact exercise class to increase general fitness.
Bodypump ®: Modified highly motivating weights workout in a group setting.
Circuit: Circuits are a steady paced, progressive weights workout to music, excellent for regaining muscle strength, mobility and general fitness.
Deep Water Aerobics: A challenging workout utilising belts and deep water running set to send your heart racing.
Lite Pace: A gentle, low impact aerobic workout.
SWEAT: Specialty aqua class allowing participants to take part at a level suitable to their movement and fitness ability.
Swimfit: Swimming lessons for beginners to advanced, teaching technique, stroke correction and water confidence.
