Spring timetable is effective until 26 February 2012.
Patrons will NOT be admitted to a class once the class has started for safety reasons and courtesy to other participants. Please remember to allow plenty of time to get changed and by the pool in time for the aqua classes to begin.
Ensure that you bring a water bottle and towel to every class. A blanket and mat may be required for yoga, Body Balance® and pilates classes.
All classes are 55 minutes in duration with the exception of the 6.10am and 12.05pm classes which are 50 minutes.
Participants must be aged 16 years and over to attend Bodypump ®, boxing circuit, bootcamp and fitness challenge. Participants must be aged 14 years and over to attend all other group fitness classes.
