Missed the first two boot camps? Not to worry, there are two more to go. Everyone needs a helping hand to get back into exercising after the festive season. Motivation can be hard on your own and Personal Training might not be affordable so why not combine the motivation from a team and the routine of Personal Training and sign up for our affordable boot camp. Mel will provide you with extra motivation and fun that you need. Boot Camp is a group based activity where everyone is there to help you train hard.
The first 2 boot camps have been a great success with everyone enjoying their exercise and gaining results. Some of the activities that you will participant in include, boxing, running/walking, using car tyres, bodyweight exercises, agility runs, core stability and much more. Regardless of your fitness level, Mel will modify every exercise to suit your ability. Tell your friends and challenge each other!
General Boot camp details:
Cost: $200 (members) and $250 (non members)
Time: 6.10am for weekdays and 7.00am for Saturday sessions
Duration: 3 sessions a week for 4 weeks. Each session goes for 60 minutes.
