Patrons will NOT be admitted to a class once the class has commenced for safety reasons and courtesy to other participants. Please be on time!
Ensure that you bring a water bottle and towel to every class. A blanket and mat may be required for Yoga and BODYBALANCE ® & Pilates classes.
All classes are 55 minutes in duration unless stated on the timetable. No ticket, No entry.
Participant's must be aged 16 years and over to attend BODYPUMP ®, Boxing Circuit, Bootcamp & Fitness Challenge. Participants must be 14 years and over to attend all other group fitness classes.
