For safety reasons and courtesy to other participants, patrons will NOT be admitted once the class has started. Please be on time.
Ensure that you bring a water bottle and towel to every class. A blanket and mat may be required for yoga, BODYBALANCE ® and pilates classes.
All classes are 55 minutes in duration unless stated on the timetable. No ticket, no entry.
Participants must be aged 16 years and over to attend BODYPUMP ®, boxing circuit, bootcamp and fitness challenge. Participants must be 14 years and over to attend all other group fitness classes.
Timetable abbreviations: DWR – Deep Water Running.
