AQUA AEROBICS is aimed at increasing general fitness, strength and body toning using resistance created from moving in and through the water.
BODYBALANCE ®
Combines the disciplines of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates with dynamic moves. The emphasis in this class is on controlled, concise movements and relaxation.
BODYCOMBAT ®
An addictive mix of kick boxing, tai chi and self-defence that will leave you feeling energised, strong, confident and on top of the world.
BODYPUMP ®
A low impact, complete body workout using specifically designed barbells. This class is perfect for toning your body whilst working your cardiovascular system at the same time.
BODYSTEP ®
The perfect workout for your butt and thighs. This class is ideal for those who want to increase their fitness levels.
BOXACISE/BOXING
A circuit style class ntroducing boxing techniques and which utilises punching bags, speedballs plus other boxing and fitness equipment. These classes are excellent for improving fitness levels.
ZUMBA
Fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a one of a kind fitness program that will blow you away.
CIRCUIT
Circuits are a steady paced, progressive weights workout to music, excellent for regaining muscle strength,mobility and general fitness.
DEEP AQUA
A more challenging aquatic workout conducted in the diving pool (depth 3m+). With the assistance of flotation belts, DEEP AQUA is a more intense workout.
DEEP WATER RUNNING (DWR)
A non-impact aquatic-running workout conducted in the diving pool (depth 3m+). DWR is an awesome aquatic workout providing you with all the benefits of ‘pounding the pavements’ without the jarring impact.
FITNESS CHALLENGE
An energetic class combining aerobic exercises, free weights and weight machines in an energising workout. An excellent class for building muscle strength, body toning and improving general fitness.
H.E.A.T.
High Energy Aerobic Training. This is freestyle aerobics at its hottest. All go and no slow, a total cardio meltdown. Please note Saturday 8.15am HEAT is a 45-minute class.
LITE SPIN
A gentler paced cycling class with 30-45 mins of actual riding time. With an emphasis on technique and set up of the bike. These classes are open to our Fab Living Members.
PILATES
Pilates targets the deep postural muscles within the body through a series of exercises aimed at building muscle strength and rebalancing the body. Excellent for improving posture bu strengthening muscles that support the spine and conditioning the core.
SPIN
Our stationary cycling class; high intensity cardio workout.
STRETCH AND STABILISE
A class designed to introduce participants to the principles of core stability and to re-enforce the importance of stretching.
TAI CHI
Ancient style of gentle exercise for the mind and body. Engross yourself in peace and relaxation using this 1000 year old practise.
YOGA (Hatha yoga)
This class teaches the postural techniques and controlled breathing of yoga. It introduces meditation techniques and will leave you feeling refreshed and perhaps even enlightened.
YOGA (G/I)
A general/intermediate class where some experience is preferred. This class is not recommended for pregnant women.
YOGA (Gentle)
Emphasis on gentle and deep relaxation.
